    Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

    • During high-demand seasons or product drops, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

    • Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

    • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

    Domestic Shipping

    • We currently ship anywhere in the United States.

    • Orders over $75 may qualify for free standard shipping (before tax and discounts).

    International Shipping

    • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. (Optional: add this later as you grow).

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

    • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

    • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first.

    Eligibility for Returns

    • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

    • To be eligible, items must be:

      • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

      • Tags still attached

      • In original packaging (if applicable)

    • Certain items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, and bulk/custom orders.

    How to Start a Return

    • Email us at GOATDADOF2@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return.

    • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

    Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    • If you need a different size or color, please request an exchange when starting your return.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

    • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

    Final Sale Items

    • Clearance, discounted, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
